By now, everyone knows the dangers of smoking cigarettes. They’re addicting, unhealthy, and generally a bad habit to take up. Despite this, many people continue to smoke on a daily basis. Nonsmokers plead with them to try “the patch” or try “the gum”, or try some expensive prescription medications to make all the cravings go away and the addiction end. But most of these nonsmokers don’t understand that quitting isn’t as easy as it sounds. And I’m not telling you to quit. But, let’s just elaborate on why smoking cigarettes are condemned by so many folks.
For one, they’re unhealthy. They have nicotine, tar, and unbelievable amounts of other chemicals. In fact, the average cigarette contains over 300 toxic chemicals. Doesn’t sound very friendly, does it? Well, that’s addiction.
Not to mention the addictive nature. Smoking is extremely addictive, and your only hope of salvation lies in a chewy gum or a patch to put on your arm. Not very appealing, no matter how you look at it. I mean, wearing a patch is a bit frustrating, and a piece of gum is nowhere near as satisfying as taking a drag off of a cigarette. But, that’s addiction for you.
I mean, there can’t be any way to help this outside of those unappealing alternatives, correct? Well, years ago that statement might have been correct. But not anymore. In existence today is a product called the “Smokeless Cigarette”. Just the name alone sounds too good to be true. But trust me when I say that it’s real, and actually a favorable alternative to the cigarettes you smoke.
Smokeless cigarettes are a lot less unhealthy, for one. Many of them still contain nicotine so that you can get your fix, but they lack the tar, and don’t contain many of the toxic chemicals! Actually, some even contain herbs and oils designed specifically for the smoker, intending to curb their want to smoke, while giving them a much healthier alternative.
Also, the addictive nature is a lot more dulled in the smokeless cigarette. The herbal blends attempt to break your physical and chemical addiction, eventually leading towards the day that the smoker realizes that they don’t need it anymore. Honestly, it’s difficult to find a better way to quit than continuing your habit until it detoxes your addiction out of you on its own! Smokeless cigarettes make quitting lot less frustrating, and not filled with those heavy withdrawal days.
So, don’t fret that you’ll never be able to quit for good, and that your loved ones will forever give you that disapproving look when you light up. It seems that there’s an appealing alternative out there for smokers like you.
